Facilitator: Claire Lidstone is a Physiotherapist and a Lecturer in Medical Education with a Masters of Education SEND. Claire has a special interest in supporting neurodivergent students and colleagues.
This 1-hour free webinar is open to everyone. A MS Teams link and joining instructions will be provided to delegates by email before the event.
This interactive webinar will explore how to foster a more inclusive and supportive environment for neurodivergent individuals when patients, clinicians or supporting students becoming clinicians. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of neurodiversity, consider practical strategies for communicating with empathy, and explore ways to recognise and accommodate different needs and strengths. Through discussion and reflection, the session encourages a more inclusive mindset to support individuals to thrive.
