Want to develop the knowledge and confidence to train clients for HYROX?

Join us for this practical two-hour introductory HYROX coaching workshop, designed specifically for Personal Trainers, fitness instructors and coaches who want to better understand the demands of HYROX and how to prepare clients for them.

This isn't just about putting someone through a hard workout!

The session will explore the training principles and methods behind effective HYROX preparation, helping you understand how strength, endurance, conditioning and functional fitness can be developed together to improve performance.

Most importantly, you'll learn how these principles can be applied to real clients of different ages, abilities and levels of experience, from someone preparing for their first HYROX through to more experienced competitors looking to improve.

Meet Your Coach, Matt Lambert

This workshop will be delivered by Matt Lambert, an experienced coach who has worked in personal training, health and gym management since 1998.

Matt brings a wealth of both professional coaching experience and first-hand competitive experience. He is a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer, running coach and the founder and director of Hove Fitness Club, an Official HYROX gym.

He is also a multiple-time HYROX World Championship qualifier, alongside an impressive competitive background that includes swimming, aquathlon, cross-country and triathlon.

This combination of coaching experience, facility management and competing at a high level makes Matt ideally placed to help fitness professionals understand not only what HYROX training looks like, but why it works and how to coach it effectively.
