Workshop overview

This intensive one day workshop will provide you with all the necessary up-to-date skills needed to train clients to be functionally fit. The skills from this workshop will enable you to plan and deliver a session to a group or individual with the aim to improve function. Whether that be somebody training for the military or a parent who simply wants to run around with the kids.

  • Functional movement patterns
  • Kettlebell training
  • Suspension training
  • Boxing and pad work

Workshop time

10.00 am to 4.00 pm. However, our workshops can overrun so please allow until 5 pm just in case.

What to bring

Notebook and pen, towel, drinks bottle, and lots of enthusiasm!

Do I get a certificate?

Immediately after attending this CPD workshop, you will receive an e-certificate via email. This can be forwarded to employers as evidence of CPD or you can print the e-certificate for your certificate portfolio!
