Workshop Overview

This workshop will provide you with all the necessary skills and knowledge to conduct a safe and effective one-to-one or group personal training session. Including the following advanced training techniques:

  • Circuits
  • Supersets/tri-sets/Giant sets
  • Pre/post exhaust training
  • Eccentric/negative training
  • Drop sets
  • Cluster sets
  • Intervals
  • Fartlek
  • Assisted stretches and PNF stretching
