Workshop Overview
This workshop will provide you with all the necessary skills and knowledge to conduct a safe and effective one-to-one or group personal training session. Including the following advanced training techniques:
- Circuits
- Supersets/tri-sets/Giant sets
- Pre/post exhaust training
- Eccentric/negative training
- Drop sets
- Cluster sets
- Intervals
- Fartlek
- Assisted stretches and PNF stretching
Workshop Time
10.00 am to 4.00 pm.
