Relaxed Parade Space - St. Patrick's Day Parade Kilkenny 2025

Parade viewing area for neurodivergent children and adults and those with sensory processing differences. 

The cordoned off viewing area allows for extra space from the crowd and the vehicle sirens and drums will be reduced while passing this zone.

Access to this area requires a pass which must be pre-booked here. Each entry pass allows for a neurodivergent child/adult and one companion.

Patrons can access the area through Market Yard carpark, across Lady Desart footbridge and then across the pedestrian crossing or from Rose Inn St and then down Bateman Quay. Please note road closures will be in place on the day. 

The Parade commences from John St at 1.30pm on March 17th and is expected to conclude by 2.30pm at this section.   

Attendees may be asked to show their EU disability card or similar upon entry.
