Wheelchair Accessible Viewing Area - St. Patrick's Day Parade Kilkenny 2025

Wheelchair viewing area for the St. Patrick's Day Parade. 

Area located beside the Review Stand on The Parade (across from Kilkenny Castle), near eircode: R95 V8WE

Pre-booking is required. Entrance passes are for the wheelchair user/access patron and one companion. 

Suggested drop off point at Patrick Street or Nuncio Road, disabled parking spaces are available at Ormonde St carpark. 

Please note that the Parade route has changed for 2025 - beginning at John St, the Parade will go right down Bateman Quay, left up High St., following along The Parade and finishing on the Castle Road. The Review Stand and wheelchair viewing area is near the end of the Parade Route. 

The St. Patrick's Day Parade begins at 1.30pm from John St. on Monday March 17th. It is expected to be concluded by 3pm. There are pre and post Parade performances on and near the Festival Stage (Review Stand).
