Snailwell Dog Show 2024

The Snailwell Dog Show is on Saturday, 18 May this year. It's a friendly village dog show with the emphasis on having fun. 

All dog lovers - and their (well-behaved) dogs! - are invited. This year's show is bigger and better than ever before, with two show rings and 16 show categories to choose from, ranging from Best Condition and Handsome Boy to Cutest Eyes and Best Fancy Dress. For a full list please click the 'buy tickets' button and make your choice.  All category winners are automatically entered into our 'Best in Show' competition and the overall winner will be announced at the end of the afternoon.

We've treats in store for everyone - tasty food stalls and refreshments for people, and of course plenty of dog treats and fun for our canine friends too.  We start at midday, so why not join us for lunch?

This is a celebration of all things doggie!  Bring your furry friends and have a wonderful tail-waggy day in Snailwell!

Important: please read before booking

1. Please ensure you don't enter the same dog in Rings 1 and 2 at the same time - even dogs can't be in two places at once! For example, if you're entering your dog in 'Best Pure Bred', that dog can't also be participating in the 'Sausage Race'. The categories are listed in the order in which they will run in the two rings, so you can tell which events are running concurrently. And if you have two or more dogs taking part, please ensure you have enough handlers so your dogs can be performing in both rings at the same time.

2.  You must give us your dog's name on the booking form.  If you wish to enter more than one dog, please make a separate entry for each dog, so we can see which dog is entered into which event.  Thank you.

3. Your dog is your responsibility at all times and must be kept on a lead throughout the duration of the dog show. 

4. Please clear up after your dog - poo bins will be provided.
