This workshop is for anyone who has asked these questions or wants to help the organization find the answer to these questions. This class will help you set up a Kanban system that helps your organization continuously inspect and adapt the value delivery process. You will gain greater visibility into what team(s) across the organization are working on and what is in the way of getting value delivered.

This is a live virtual course led by Kimberley Forde. This course is delivered in 4 sessions of 2 1/2 hours each (8:30AM to 11:00AM EST) over 2 weeks:

Should you pass the assessment, you will receive the “Scaled Portfolio Kanban” (SPK) certification and will be issued credentials through Credly.

Cancellation

Student substitutions or postponements for classes are accepted at any time. Student cancellations must be made via email at training@stragilitymatrix.com

Refunds for student cancellations may be available as follows:

  • Cancellation received more than 21 days prior to the first day of class = 100% refund of course fee less transaction fees.

  • Cancellation received more than 5 days prior to the first day of class = 50% refund of course fee less transaction fees.

  • Cancellation received less than 5 days prior to the first day of class = no refund provided.
