Concept to Consumer Masterclass
Are you curious about the science behind your food product? Want to ensure your microbial load and nutritional value is spot on? What about shelf life? Or assessing the risk in storing raw ingredients versus cooked ingredients? Dairy, preservatives … sigh!
We’ve got you covered! Our first face-to-face Concept to Consumer Masterclass in association with thinkfood will provide insight into these topics and more in our 2-hour session at The Source Kitchen at Fine Food Australia.
When? Wednesday 13 September, 8am - 10am
Where? ICC Sydney, 14 Darling Dr, Sydney NSW 2000
How will the Masterclass work? You will gain early entry to Fine Food for a private masterclass at The Source Kitchen. You will have access to the best in the food business including food scientist Dr. Belinda Chapman from Quantal Bioscience, dietitian Chloe McLeod from Verde Nutrition Co., Global Executive Chef and Product Developer Adam Moore, Chef and Product Developer, Tawnya Bahr from Straight To The Source. In small groups, you will have the chance to ask questions and connect directly with our experts.
Included with the masterclass is a delicious snack prepared by Guest Chef Christopher The (Hearthe Artisan Cake Shop & Cafe, and Concept to Consumer alumni) using UNOX Australia's cutting-edge technology. Engaging his creativity, you’ll leave with one of Christopher’s outstanding creations that bring to life what you’ll learn in this unique masterclass.
