Hang Fire BBQ & Street Food Circus are ready for Mabon 2027

Join us for a weekend of flame, flavour and folklore in the breathtaking grounds of Caldicot Castle.

Celebrate the art of fire cooking with some of the UK’s best live-fire chefs, serving up delicious small plates alongside a new-wave produce market, cookery demos, food talks, natural wines and the finest Welsh ingredients, all cooked over open flame.

Expect music, fires and Mabon magic as we gather to mark the Autumn Equinox with good food, community and connection.

Make the most of your Mabon weekend — bring your campervan, stay overnight and settle in for the full experience.

Don’t miss out — early bird tickets for Mabon 2027 are on sale now.
