Take on the challenge of North Africa’s highest peak and raise vital funds for our care here at St Richard’s Hospice. Travel dates: 29th Jul 2027 - 3rd Aug 2027. 

At 4,167m, Mount Toubkal offers a thrilling trek through Morocco’s High Atlas Mountains, where rugged trails, sweeping valleys, and unforgettable views await.

Starting in the vibrant city of Marrakech, you’ll start trekking for four days from the mountain village of Imlil before trekking through remote Berber landscapes and dramatic high-altitude terrain. The challenge culminates in a sunrise summit, where panoramic views stretch across the Atlas range and into the distant Sahara.

Costs & How to pay

Non-refundable registration fee: £390

and then either: sponsorship: £1,990 or self-funded: £995 trip costs* and £1,000 sponsorship for St Richard’s Hospice. 

SPONSORSHIP

This option is for those who wish to raise sponsorship to cover both the costs of the trip (flights, accommodation, food, guides etc.) and a donation to St Richard’s Hospice.

• A non-refundable registration fee of £390 is payable at the time of booking.
• You must then fundraise a minimum of £1,990 for St Richard’s.
• 80% of the minimum sponsorship (£1,592) must be paid to the charity by 6 May 2027.
• The remaining 20% (£398) must be paid by the date of departure.

SELF-FUNDED

This option is for those who choose to pay the trip costs (flights, accommodation, food, guides etc.) themselves while still raising some funds for St Richard's Hospice. 

• A non-refundable registration fee of £390 is payable at the time of booking.
• You are then asked to pay £995 trip costs* to Different Travel by 6 May 2027.
• You are asked to fundraise a suggested target of £1,000 for St Richard’s.
