Trek the Sahara - Information Evening

Join St Richard’s Hospice and The Different Travel Company as we provide a full run-through of our Moroccan Sahara trek, which takes place from 16 to 21 March 2028.

Find out about the stunning landscape, how fit you’ll need to be, how the funding works and the cultural experience you can look forward to.

About the trek

This trek gives you an insight into a vast and diverse landscape, as well as the Berber way of life.

Spend two full days and two half days trekking across ancient dried-up riverbeds, sand dunes and vast sun-baked plains.

Experience the stunning stars in the night sky (weather permitting) and traditional Berber cuisine cooked by the team as you camp out in the desert each night.
