Through this exclusive guided tour, given by a member of our Museum team, you will enjoy an informative, engaging and in-depth experience, one which enable you to connect to people from our past through the stories behind the artefacts.

Enjoy the Natural History gallery, which is home to an amazing collection of stuffed birds, Orkney shells and geology.
And meet ‘Buddo’ from Skara Brae (circa 2,900 -2,400 BC) one of only a handful of human figurines from the British Neolithic.
The Tour will take approximately 1 hour including time for questions to our Museum team, who will help you explore Stromness and discover more about its history through the artefacts in our collections.

Tours will be available on Tuesdays at 2.00pm and Wednesdays at 10.30am. Minimum of 2 people and maximum of 8 people per tour.
