Welcome to Stroud Brewery Thursday board game night!
We play modern tabletop games, aiming for a fun and social gaming evening. We welcome all to our events whether you're a beginner or gaming veteran.

As the group has been going on for almost 2 years now, it is well established and we tend organise games on our WhatsApp Group from week to week, if it is your first time please email our host Manuel at manuel@stroudbrewery.co.uk saying that you're coming along and what is your gaming experience.
From 6pm till 7pm we usually run light games and it is the more social and chat focused part of the evening, it is recommended that you only plan this time slot for your first time.
From 7pm some of us will have organised some games and others will be looking for players. This time slot it's usually reserved for longer games (2-3 hours).
Our events are free to attend. Bring your own games or just join what others have brought. Rules will always be taught/refreshed on site.
It's unlikely that you will find older classic games like chess or monopoly, if you've played Catan or Pandemic that is a good start to be introduced to the more modern board games that will be played.

IMPORTANT RULES, PLEASE READ:
1) Be respectful of the rules of the venue .We rely on the venue to reserve their spaces for free so act accordingly.
2) Look after the games. We rely on members bringing their own games and putting them out for others to play. Please treat games with care. Be mindful of lost components and drink spillages, please use the coasters provided.
3) Be nice when playing in order to make a good and inclusive environment for everyone.
