Sam Judd and Memory Play
Sam Judd
Combining leftfield electronica, techno & breakbeats with enveloping sonic landscapes and evocative composition, UK-based newcomer Sam Judd draws from a library of sounds collected all over the world to produce an experience that’s just as deeply sentimental as it is made for the dancefloor. His live shows have been described as “deeply transporting”, earning him an early reputation as a fresh new voice to watch in the alternative electronica space.
Memory Play - the alias and alter ego of Josef Kašpar, musician producer and co-founder and resident of Bristol's Dialogue. Memory Play performs an immersive and hypnotic live techno show that pushes at the boundaries of the genre. On stage they create a ritualistic performance art piece that fuses dark, experimental and organic sounds with driving beats and guttural vocals. A high-octane and visceral performer, Memory Play’s live sets push their machines and audience to breaking point.
