An Evening Manor House Dining Experience

Join us at Stubton Hall on Sunday 4th October 2026 for an elegant evening of dining, inspiration and wedding planning following our Showcase Open Day.

This special tasting experience is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a relaxed evening at the Hall, with tables beautifully styled and dressed by some of our recommended suppliers, allowing you to truly imagine your own wedding day brought to life.

Make an occasion of it with family, friends or your partner as you sample a selection of dishes from across our wedding menu packages in a warm and atmospheric setting.

This is a tasting event, not a full wedding breakfast.

You will enjoy smaller tasting portions of a variety of dishes from across our wedding menu packages, giving you the opportunity to sample multiple options and flavour combinations for your celebration.

Open to couples who have already booked with us and those considering Stubton Hall for their wedding day.

Selection of 4 cold and 2 hot canapés

The Tasting Format
• Starters – three smaller tasting portions per guest
• Mains – selection of dishes served on platters for each table to sample
• Desserts – miniature dessert selection per guest

This format allows you to experience a range of dishes, rather than choosing one starter, main and dessert.

Tomato & Mint Soup (V)
Ham Hock Terrine with piccalilli
Smoked Salmon on Rye Bread

Main Course Selection (served on platters to share)
Lemon & Herb Roasted Chicken Supreme with Mediterranean Couscous
Roasted Fillet of Salmon with crushed pea, lemon & dill cream
Sliced Fillet of Beef with chimichurri, roasted sea salt potatoes & watercress
Butternut Squash, Cumin & Lentil Parcel (V, VE)

Mini Dessert Selection
Warm chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream
Sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce & custard
Mini strawberry shortcake
Mojito meringue nest with lime cream
