SSAF Student Consultation Collective #1: Communicating SSAF and Diversifying Feedback
This collective is co-convened by the Flinders University Student Association (FUSA)

For our first session of the new SSAF Student Consultation Collective, we will focus on the value of clear communication- how to increase awareness amongst students of what SSAF is and why it matters. What strategies are we using to encourage students to complete yet another survey, to help gather valuable data to inform decision making on funding allocations.

In this session, we will hear from UniSC Students as Partners Team together with the UniSC Student Guild, on a creative communications campaign in 2025 used to address feedback that students did not know what SSAF was. To compliment this, the teams partnered to deliver a Student Voice Campus Activations, designed to provide alternative ways for student reps to gather feedback that complimented the formal survey process.

As a collective, attendees will contribute to facilitate discussion on how to apply learnings at their own institutions and discuss common challenges.
