Last July we celebrated the extraordinary vocalist Paul Marinaro’s recent stellar recording, Not Quite Yet, in a weekend of performances at Studio5. Most unfortunately, the second of our two nights was cancelled suddenly due to an illness. We promised that we would reschedule that event, partly for all the people who never got to see it last time, and partly because we really wanted to see it again! Well, with a large ensemble and our tech crew to organize, finding an agreeable date for everyone took awhile. The good news is that we found one! Please join us on Sunday February 18th for what is certain to be a glorious evening of music. We will have the opportunity to experience that same ensemble of 12 musicians (including the KAIA String Quartet) and two backup singers as Paul brings this gorgeous work to our intimate, sonically pristine venue. Featuring brilliant arrangements by guitarist Mike Allemana, Not Quite Yet is Paul’s very personal exploration of life and love, and the search for deeper meaning and connection in a post-pandemic reality. Come, immerse yourself, see and hear it all up close. – SR

Marinaro has made the album he needed to hear at a crucial point in our shared history…an entirely personal album…that many others will need to hear too. – Neil Tesser, Grammy Award-winning journalist, radio host, music critic, and author

Not Quite Yet - a masterfully arranged, 14 track journey that draws on Marinaro's ample skills as an intimate, no holds barred and richly compelling storyteller...a true revelation. – Jonathan Widran, The JW Vibe
