What a wonderful, unique way to kick off our fall season at Studio5 with our good friend, vocalist Paul Marinaro. Several years ago a talented filmmaker, Bob Williams, began work on a film documenting Paul's career in music inspired by Paul's dad, a devoted husband and father who was never able to pursue his dream of singing professionally. You Will Be My Music has now been screened at multiple film festivals across the country, and we are delighted to show this lovely documentary, pairing it with a live performance by the Paul Marinaro Quintet. The evening will feature a Q&A with Paul and filmmaker, Bob Williams. For the Friday show only, we will also be joined by Emmy-winning author, journalist and filmmaker, Howard Reich. This is certain to be a powerful beginning to a wonderful season. –SR
