Body・Sound・Life, The Way of S S S, meaning Sensing, Sharing and Seeking. The concept exploring individuals’ interaction between music, body and visualisation, extending to personal interpretations of life experiences and allowing people to find their own trajectory of "Body・Sound・Life".

We aim to unite artists from Taiwan, Korea, and the UK to share cross-cultural creation and the values of Asian indie music. We would like to invite you to enjoy the journey of discovering musical genres varieties within ourselves.

1.   [Talk]   Exploring The Asian Indie Music Scene by SUPERSONIC STUDIO
   > 11:00am - 12:30pm
   
   How do independent musicians across Asia create and live through their music?
   Join us for an inspiring talk as we share stories of artists who have turned limitations into creativity, and explore how they continue their musical journeys — wherever they are, in their own unique ways.
   
   
2.   [Body Workshop]   Experience Music With Your Body by Shiou-Fen Li & Ling
   > 1:30 - 3:00pm
   
   Guided by Taiwanese choreographer Shiou-fen Li and dancer Ling, by using works from various Asian independent bands and musicians of different genres in recent years as a medium to play with body movement and physical expression. The experience is complemented by props, personal narratives, movements, and emotions, guiding participants to engage in an improvisational dance that embodies their own life stories. (No experience needed) 
   
   
3.   [Performance]   Sensing Discrepancy by Shiou-Fen Li & Ling
   > 3:00 - 4:00pm
   
   Using works created in collaboration with Taiwanese emerging musicians, this performance focuses on 'audience observation' through behavioural expression. The audience's physical reactions to Taiwanese experimental music will be recorded via mobile phones and played back live.
   
   
4.   [Zine Making Workshop]   Synthesise Your Journey, Make Your Own Zine w/ SUPERSONIC STUDIO
   > 4:30 - 6:30pm
   
   After a full day of immersing yourself in indie music and experiences, this workshop invites you to express what resonated with you. Gather the thoughts, feelings, and inspirations you’ve collected throughout the day, and create your own zine — a small, creative publication that captures your story through words, images, and collage. You don't have to be an artist to be an amazing Zine Maker! 
   
   
5.   [Imma Taipei Beach]     !! B O N U S !!  Live Music Gig w/ Riki 睿雞
   > 7:30 - 9:00pm
   
   End your journey with getting nourished by an authentic Taiwanese disco band——Riki 睿雞. Why authentic? Because this is what exactly Taiwanese disco music meant to sound like.

* Apart from the Talk, participants can only book from the bundle listed below in order to ensure the best journey of your trail as the event is designed for a multi-sensory and interconnected experience.

* Zine Making Workshop is not available for drop in as it is required to experience the Body Workshop and the Performance.

  Studio Current is an organisation Co-Directed by Sean Ting-Hsuan Wang and Ting Yi-Ting Huang. Which produces performing arts workshops in Taiwan and the UK, international exchanges that bring artists from Taiwan to London for summer workshops and cultural exchanges, and offers bi-lingual (English/Mandarin) training opportunities for practitioners based in London. The Studio also runs networking events that bring together a dynamic group of artists and organisations to share their journeys, insights, and creative practices.

  SUPERSONIC STUDIO is a creative studio based in Seoul that explores indie music and DIY culture, especially across Asia. They organise zine-making workshops, produce interview zines with musicians, and create local and international projects that blend music, art, and community.

• Shiou Fen Li  (@lishioubonn)
  
  
  Shiou Fen Li, an independent multi-disciplinary artist from Taiwan, tries to express her views through site-specific choreography, performing arts, video arts, digital arts, and curation.
  
  With her background in political science and sociology, most of her works address social issues such as mental health problems, sexual violence, and political oppression. Particularly, social stigmas related to human bodies are central to her works. Additionally, her pieces often feature symbols of games, death, and pain.
  
  Her representative works include the "Murder For Love" series and "Wasteland." The latter was nominated for the 18th Taishin Arts Award, the most prestigious arts award in Taiwan.

  Ling is a Taiwanese performer with a background in dance, currently working as a freelance artist focusing on performance and dance education. Also, her inspiration often stems from her daily observations, object mimicry, and musical imagination and sensation.

  In recent years, she has been involved in cross-disciplinary art creations and served as a performer and workshop leader in a dance collective called Life Holds No More.

  Riki 睿雞an authentic Taiwanese disco band from Taipei. Why authentic? Because this is what exactly Taiwanese disco music meant to sound like. Since forming, they have toured across Taiwan, capturing fans with their unique style. In 2023, their hit single “Strawberry Ice Cream Turtle” climbed on the Spotify Taiwan Viral 50 of 6th, boosting their popularity. After a pause, RIKI returned in 2025 with new work, bringing back more original music, and performances in many cities & music festival. First coming back single “IMMA TAIPEI BEACH” debuted No.3 on Spotify Taiwan Viral 50. marking the beginning of next year’s new album and elevates RIKI to a new level as Taiwan's disco ambassador.
