STORIES AS MEDICINE - A ‘Re-Storying’ Introduction
- How do we tell ourselves into being?
- What are the stories we carry about ourselves, and about others?
- How do our stories shape our ways of seeing the world, bringing us either expansiveness or limitation?
- What happens when we allow ourselves the space to play creatively with our stories, and imagine new narratives and ways of being?
In this 2-hour introductory workshop, Clare will introduce you to the idea of Stories as Medicine and how ‘re-storying’ can help you to see life anew and engage with your world differently. An experienced facilitator, Clare will guide you through creative exercises to help you engage with your hidden stories, and explore new narratives about yourself. Clare creates expansive, emergent spaces for new ideas, new ways of expressing ourselves and new possible stories.
