This workshop is there for all couples and gender identities, with our without yogic or tantric experience, short or long term couples, hetero or gay.
It is a beautiful gift to yourself, your partner and your relationship!

What to wear?
Wear something which feels comfortable to sit on the floor and move around in. Also an outfit that makes you feel good. (As a woman that can be something sexy).
I'd recommend wearing multiple layers so you can take something off during active parts and cozy up during the slower parts.
What to bring?
A sleeping mask (or something to cover your eyes with)

Here's a bit more about my background & bio:
In 2015 I took a trip around the world that changed my life. I discovered fascinating new ways to work with the body and the mind through Hatha Yoga and Tantra.
My journey continued as I studied and practiced traditional Tantra, focussing on women’s empowerment, sexuality and energy practices.
The last 4 years I have been helping hundreds of people as a certified VITA Sex, Love and Relationship Coach from the Tantric Institute for Integrated Sexuality.
The people who know me through my programs and coaching know that I love to take people deep.
I am passionate about creating a transformative experience that is fun too.
Compassion is one of my core values. My clients love that I can handle their deepest fears and deepest emotions. I don’t judge. I guide and I create a safe container for people to find self-love, to release and to be raw and real.
I know how to make delicious and mind blowing pleasure and orgasms available for all people!
Deeper Intimacy will allow you to find a new connection to your partner and to yourself.
