Dive deep and grow your agile coaching competencies through small-group coaching and mentoring. In this learning experience you will hone your Agilist skills of coaching and leadership in a setting designed to move well beyond book learning. Together with your cohort, you will learn to apply your developing skill sets to the real-life situations and scenarios where they actually matter.

This 1-month cohort program is fun, interactive, and real. This is a space of intensive growth in a short period of time, supported by abundant feedback and real-life skill-building.

• Agilists who are honing there newly acquired professional coaching Skills and want to level up - also new to coaching

• Agilists who already have a basic knowledge of scrum and agile principles

Meeting schedule:

• We’ll meet every 1 weeks on Thursday for the duration of the 1-month Learning Experience.

• Each meeting will be 2 hours at 10am–12:00PM (PST) / 1pm–2:30pm (EST)

Any pre-requisites for this workshop?

• This workshop is meaningful for all levels. This workshop is for Agilists, Leaders, Scrum Master, Agile Coaches, Agile team member anyone wanting to have collaborative and engaging purpose-led and outcome-focused meetings and workshops.
• Understand the SCRUM framework
• Understand the Manifesto for Agile Software Development
• This is not a workshop to learn Scrum, please have the basic agile knowledge

Refund Policy:

• You may cancel your registration up until 30 calendar days before the start of the workshop to receive a full refund minus $75 Registration Fee. You must email the cancellation request in writing to our regional office:

• If request is made less than 30 calendar days prior to the workshop start date, no refunds will be issued.
• Failure to attend the workshop without notification will result in forfeiture of the full workshop price and no refunds will be issued.
• If Success Agility cancels for any unforeseen circumstances then you will receive a full refund with no admin fees.

Substitutions:

• Life happens. You can transfer your registration to a colleague or friend 7 calendar days prior to the start of workshop free of charge. They must have the original ticket, meet the pre-requisites, and you must send us an email to verify exchange. Any extras will not be provided for substituted party.
• If request is made less than 7 calendar days prior to the workshop start date, no refunds will be issued.
