The venue is approximately 10 minutes walk from Richmond Station.
The station has both underground and overground service lines (tube and train).
London Heathrow Airport (LHR) is the nearest airport.
There is free onsite parking.

For In-person tickets - please note lunch is not included, and there are a variety of cafes and food shops located in Richmond.

Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund up to 30 days before the event, minus £25 admin fee.
- 50% refund between 30 to 14 days before the event, minus £25 admin fee.
- No refund within 14 days of the event.
