Join us and special guests Adrián Hernández and José Agüero, founders and co-directors of Teatro al Vacio.
This workshop is an invitation to pause, listen, and play again. Drawing on the experience of the Teatro al Vacío theater company, we will share practices and reflections on artistic creation for very young children, exploring the power of presence, the body, and the simplest of materials. It is a space for educators and artists to awaken their senses and discover new ways to engage in dialogue, create, and marvel alongside children.
Teatro al Vacío (Argentina/Mexico) is a collective engaged in ongoing research and creation, offering meaningful and alternative artistic proposals with and for children and young people. The collective focuses on physical and plastic performances with a minimalist aesthetic. Their creative processes aim to involve children and young people, based on the premise that their work fosters intergenerational dialogue and participation.
