Bayyān Brotherhood: Your Best Year Yet - The Sukoon Circle - Men Only

Thu 8 Jan 2026 6:45 PM - 9:30 PM GMT Palestine House, WC1V 6JQ

The Sukoon Circle: Bayyān Brotherhood -

Bayyānexpression, eloquence, and clarity. Rooted in the Arabic.

🗓 THURSDAY 8TH Jan 2026:

Your Best Year Yet - Start off the new year right!

The Brotherhood is a circle for men seeking authentic connection & a space to step away from the noise of the outside world and to enter into presence, honesty, and brotherhood. This session is dedicated to planning your best year yet — not from ego, performance, or pressure, but from grounded intention.

We will explore how to:
* Disarm the ego, so you are not led by reactivity, fear, or comparison.
* Surrender the performative self, and reconnect to who you are beneath expectations.
* Step out of survival mode and into clarity, discipline, and direction.

Whether this is your first time or you’ve “done the work” before, this is your space to show up and re-centre. The Bayyān Brotherhood is open to all men — all backgrounds, cultures, and ages.

This session isn’t theory.
It’s strategy.
It’s accountability.
It’s honesty with yourself.

We’ll work through a simplified system so you stay aligned instead of drifting

Just brothers doing the inner work that most men avoid — and stepping back into their fitra with clarity and direction. 20 brothers have experienced the Bayyan Brotherhood since we started in October 2025 - Join them!

Omar — a male psychological practitioner with multicultural roots: French by birth, British by nationality, and Syrian by blood. He has lived in six countries and maintains strong ties to Damascus, his inner compass of “home.”

With 10+ years of experience in men’s work, Omar is committed to building healthier spaces for Muslim & BIPOC men, helping them return to fitra, deepen their support systems, and rebuild self-worth. He is a former tech academy co-founder, a qualified coach, and is completing a degree in transpersonal (spiritual) psychotherapy while advancing toward Islamic Psychotherapy. His path is strongly shaped by Sufism and Islamic principles of inner purification.

The Sukoon Circle is honoured to collaborate with Omar to cultivate values and principles that strengthen men from the inside out. This is a male only space - Whilst Fatema the founder is involved in the set up of the group, the entire session will only include male attendees.

General FAQs

Can I opt out of being photographed at the event? Yes- just let our photographer know.

Can I get a refund? Yes, we understand your plans may change therefore we can offer a full refund if your request is put in 72 hours before the event time and date.

I'm not muslim, can I
still attend? YesThe word 'Sukoon' comes from the Urdu language, a language close to Fatema's (the founder) heart and heritage and translates as 'Harmony'. The event is not geared towards muslims and is not an islamically led space. It is a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic, cosmopolitan space looking to bridge the gap between men and women. We do however focus on bringing in both western and eastern practices into our workshop content.

I've never attended anything self development or psychological before, is this event for me? Yes, as long as you are willing to be present and engaging with the other workshop attendees, you will fit right in.

Is this group therapy? No. This is a men's circle where sharing is encouraged so that men can learn to open up. For those who are new to self developmental sessions or therapy, this can be a good entry into learning how to express and articulate yourself in a space we aim to be safe and nurturing for all.
