Revealing the Invisible: Coaching the People You Lead
A powerful key to coaching others well is found in something we do every day, the simplicity of a conversation. Coaching happens between people and involves the use of words. These highly interactive sessions will help any leader or coach grow in their ability to help others move to a better place. Coaching never leaves a person in the same place. Come and learn with others how to be more intentional about the work environment you create for others as a leader and how you can be more effective in helping others to be their best when their best is needed.
Program will consist of four onsite sessions, on August 18 and 19 and September 2 from 1:15 PM to 4:30 PM, and September 1 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The $450 fee per participant will cover tuition for all four sessions, along with water, refreshments, book, and companion workbook.
