When: Tuesday and Wednesday, September 19 and September 20

Where: Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Downtown

In-Person Registration Fees: $649 per attendee

*Conference Registration fees are applied towards meeting space expenses, food & beverage etc. during the conference. Your early registration will allow us to budget and plan the conference effectively.

🆕 Virtual Site Registration: $595 per site/location 🆕

Virtual Conference Registration: $149 per attendee

**Virtual Registration fees are applied towards expenses to hold the conference on a virtual line. Attendees will have visuals of the presentation material and audio in the room. Any questions will be asked via chat and repeated at the Conference.

DIRECTIONS AND TRANSPORTATION:

Nashville International Airport (BNA) is the closest Airport. It is roughly 18 minutes to get to Hilton Embassy Suites in Downtown Nashville. Uber/Lyft/Taxi is recommended.

CANCELLATIONS:

You are welcome to substitute an attendee ticket at no charge by emailing conference@sncsw.com at your earliest knowledge to help with planning. Due to the administrative fees and planning involved, we ask for your understanding for not refunding registration amounts for no-shows.

GUESTS:

For our Tuesday evening event (TBD), we allow 1 guest with you. We will ask during the pre-registration survey for guest RSVP.
