ENROLLMENT FEE
An non-refundable Enrollment Fee of 500 EUR is required to secure your ticket price and save your spot. Please check the Cancellation Policy and the list of Contraindications.
Full payment of the remaining amount is to be made by wire transfer NO LATER than March 31, 2025 or immediately if you book your ticket after that date.
NEXT STEPS FOR REGISTRATION

Pay your Enrollment Fee of 500 EUR per level to secure your ticket price and save your spot.
After purchase, you'll immediately receive a Confirmation Message from our booking system with an attached link for the Registration Form. Please check your spam folder and get back to us if you don’t receive the confirmation email.
Fill out and send the Registration Form back to us within 7 days.
Closer to the event, we will send you an email with our Welcome & Practicals Guide with detailed information (such as what to bring, how to get there etc.).
Complete the remaining payment at least 60 days before the event starts or immediately if you book after that date. Details for the wire transfer will be provided via email.
