Sunset Hospice and CarePatrol are proud to co-host a charity golf tournament on September 12th to raise funds and awareness for the Alzheimer’s Association. This special event will bring together community members, healthcare professionals, and local supporters for a day of fun, connection, and purpose—all in support of those affected by Alzheimer’s disease.
