Super Summer Sleepover

The Super Summer Sleepover is an annual community folk music festival and fundraiser. Each year we host local indie musicians in a beautiful forested setting for a three-day, two night event that raises money for local charities. This year we are donating 50% of net proceeds to the Oakville Foodbank to support families struggling with food insecurity. 

This is an all ages, family-friendly event. Alcohol and drug use are not permitted on site. Please help us keep the space safe, respectful and welcoming for everyone

Location

The Super Summer Sleepover is held at a small, family-owned forest in the Willapa Hills south of Oakville, WA. The address and directions will be provided in your ticket confirmation email.

Passes

Passes to the Super Summer Sleepover come in two types:

1. Weekend: includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday plus camping.
2. Daily: Friday or Saturday only with no camping.

Cost

Tickets are available in two tiers based on your ability to pay: Full Price and Community-Supported Price. If you are financially well resourced, please pay the full price. This helps us host an event that more people in our community can attend. If it is a challenge for you to pay for this event, we also have volunteer opportunities where you can barter your time and skills for the admission fee. Weekend Pass: $80/$50

Day Pass: $40/$25

Camping

Overnight camping is allowed Friday and Saturday nights (July 24th and 25th) with the purchase of a weekend pass. Camping is dispersed in an open field. July is high fire season, so no campfires of any kind, including propane fire pits or gas campfire rings. This is a pack-it-in-pack-it-out event and you are responsible for your own garbage and spare parts. 

Donations to the Oakville Foodbank

When you purchase your ticket, there is an option to make an additional donation to the Oakville Food Bank. 100% of these donations will be contributed directly to the foodbank. If you’re able to give, your donation will be greatly appreciated.
