Focused on sharing best practices in customer support, the event ensures you won’t encounter sales demos or product pitches—just a safe, supportive space for deep conversations and actionable insights.

Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected events may prevent you from attending SD Expo.

• You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund up to 1 week before the start of SD Expo, minus a non-refundable ticket processing fee.
• If within 1 week of the start of SD Expo, you may request this year's ticket be credited towards a future event instead.

Schedule

Day 1

• 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM - Welcome Party
  Location: Champagne's Cafe, 3557 S Maryland Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV
  Ease into the summit by connecting with other attendees and getting to know your fellow community members.

Day 2

• 8:00 AM – Registration Opens
• 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM – Conference Sessions

Day 3

• 8:00 AM – Registration Opens
• 9:00 AM - 1 PM – Conference Sessions
