Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected events may prevent you from attending.

• You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund up to 1 week before the start of the event, minus a non-refundable ticket processing fee.
• If within 1 week of the start of the event, you may request this year's ticket be credited towards a future event instead.

  Ease into the summit by connecting with other attendees and getting to know your fellow community members.

October 29

• 8:00 AM – Registration Opens
• 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM – Conference Sessions
• 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM – Mixer
  A great chance to unwind and mingle with attendees after the first full day of sessions.
