Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected events may prevent you from attending.

• You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund up to 1 week before the start of the event, minus a non-refundable ticket processing fee.
• If within 1 week of the start of the event, you may request this year's ticket be credited towards a future event instead.
