Join local yoga teachers, Hannah, Lindsey and Bev for an hour's yoga practice of movement, breathwork and relaxation, and leave feeling part of a community which increases connection and a sense of support for one another. Lindsey will guide this session but we will all be there to practice with you. We have 1 more date: Sunday 15th September then we will review whether we offer more regular sessions (also based on finding an indoor venue - any ideas please let us know). Tickets will go on sale as soon as this session has closed.

Please note: this is an over 16s event only.

Location info: Vauxmead is a 2.5 acre field located opposite St Peter’s Church, Hersham. The field is surrounded by a 5ft holly hedge that gives privacy. You can park on surrounding roads or Waitrose is free for 2 hours at the weekend.

Please bring a mat. If the weather is warm please apply sunscreen and perhaps bring sunnies!

We have provisionally booked the WI hall (same location) in case of poor weather.
