TEAM ENTRY - SUPER SCRUM CONTEST (Sussex 7s Series 2026)

Only at the Grand Final of the Sussex 7s Series - 11th July 2026 - Haywards Heath RFC

PART 1: ELIMINATION STAGE

-    A pack of 5 forwards from a squad of 8 push a scrum machine between two points which are 10-meters apart.

-    You have 30 seconds to reach the finish line otherwise you are eliminated.

-    The weights will increase each round until we are left with only 5 teams.

PART 2: THE FINAL FINISH​

-    The remaining five teams take it in turns to cover 10 meters, in the shortest time possible, with the same weight.

-    The fastest time wins!

TEAM ENTRY​

-    Maximum squad of 8.

-    Separate Men’s and Women’s categories available (adults only).

-    Teams can enter from anywhere in the country.

-    No weight or club restrictions.

-    £50 per team (FREE entry if you have a 7s team in the Sussex 7s Series).

-    1 Ticket = 1x Squad of 8.
