We’re looking for compassionate, motivated individuals to join us as across Sussex.
At the event, you’ll have the chance to:

About Home First

Home First brings together nurses, paramedics, therapists, and assistants to help people leave hospital safely and recover at home.
Our teams provide 7-day-a-week support between 8am–8pm, helping people regain independence after a hospital stay by providing therapy, health care, and reablement in their own homes.

Our goal is simple: support recovery, promote independence, and prevent hospital readmission.

Event Timings and Application Process

If you’re interested in attending, please select a ticket for the right event slot and complete an online application for the appropriate role using the link provided below.

• Morning session (10:00 am – 12:00 pm): For unregistered staff roles (e.g., Health and Therapy Assistants)

• Afternoon session (1:00 pm – 3:00 pm): For registered professionals (e.g., Nurses, Therapists)
