"We heal in Community"

Join us for a "healing" journey as we explore the impact of our ancestors' trauma on who we are and how we are in the here and now. 

These sessions support us in finding our courage, inner resources and resilience to stand for ourselves and those we love, in our authenticity.

Constellations help those of us who are in burnout, who have family issues or work issues, or for those who are stuck and unable to move forward in life.

We create a visual living map of how we internally hold a picture of that system in our head. We use people to represent the elements of the system and the facilitator works with the people to move that picture from stuck to flow. 

The sessions can be a very powerful way of supporting people to see the wood for the trees.   They help us allow ourselves to feel a deep connection to those around us and to ourselves.

Join as a representative to participate in the group, support others in their constellations, witness and learn about yourself or others. 

Join as an issue holder and set up your own constellation to look at your situation from a systemic lens and create movement where there has been stuckness.
