This course will provide participants with an introduction to the theory and practice of Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT).
This workshop will be of interest to people new to CAT who want to start to use the concepts to think about 1-1 clinical settings and organisational contexts, including social care. It would also be useful for those considering whether to apply for a two-year CAT Practitioner Training Course.
