Jez Smith has been a musician for nearly 40 years, and researching sound for over 20 years. He has been playing gongs and other resonant percussion instruments for 10 years and running public sessions for the last 5 years gaining sound qualifications from The British Academy of Sound Therapy and The College of Sound Healing.  Jez enjoys delivering the sound therapy to a wider audience and especially combining the sounds within the natural environment. By encouraging participants to rekindle the largely-forgotten skill of active listening, a full multi-sensory experience can be gained benefitting both the mind and body.
