The new economy that has emerged in the past few years presents unique challenges for nonprofit leaders, primarily in the realm of human resources. This session will provide an overview of financial strategy with specific focus on how leaders can apply strategic thinking to HR management and support financial sustainability in the process. Participants will leave with an understanding of key elements of financial strategy and conceptual approaches they can apply to address emerging management challenges in ways that support long-term financial performance.
Please note, all participants will receive a confirmation email from TicketTailor with a link to join the meetings on Zoom. All registrants will be provided with a link to the recording and the presentation slides following the session.
