Supporters are more than donors. They are volunteers, advocates, community members, and people watching from the sidelines. This session will show why 'supporter experience' should matter to everyone in your organization - from marketing and fundraising to volunteering and advocacy. You'll see real examples of how small shifts in mindset and practice can increase engagement, retention and trust.
During the session Leigh will:
- Define supporter experience and show how it's different to journey mapping
- Show why each role (marketing, fundraising, volunteering, advocacy) should care
- Share 2-3 examples where shifts in supporter experience led to better results
- Invite participants to the 3-part series (October 15, 22 & 29) as a practical 'how-to' continuation
