We're excited to be offering a brand-new training workshop for senior nonprofit leaders. This interactive online session is open to all and will get to the roots of a central challenge of our time: charting a strategy to thrive financially, despite inflation, labour shortages and a potential recession.

This decade has brought new challenges for nonprofit leaders, including a tight labour market, inflation and a range of staffing issues, all of which affect organizations’ financial performance. This new workshop explores a strategic framework for considering short-term HR management priorities in the context of promoting longer-term financial sustainability.

Participants will:
- Understand the five components of the nonprofit business model
- Understand key elements of financial strategy
- Deepen their understanding of strategic approaches to HR management, and its connections to financial strategy

Registration is $25 for workshop and will be hosted through Zoom Meetings. Please note, all participants will receive a confirmation email from TicketTailor with a link to join the meetings in Zoom.

‍All registrants will be provided with a link to the recording and the presentation slides following the workshop.‍
