Retreat Summary

Join us in celebration of International Women’s Day 2026 for a deeply restorative, heart-centered retreat designed for women leading in sustainability. This intimate gathering offers space to pause, reflect, and reconnect - with yourself, with nature, and with a community of mission-driven changemakers.

Through storytelling, visioning, embodied practices, and time outdoors, participants will explore how to lead with empathy, navigate “the ache” of these challenging times, and build regenerative practices that replenish inner strength. The retreat creates a nurturing space to acknowledge our imperfections, honor our humanity, and cultivate grounded leadership in community.

Featured Speaker: Kelly DeMarco

Kelly will guide a transformative session on “the ache”—the emotional weight many sustainability leaders carry and how it can become a catalyst for meaningful action. She’ll offer wisdom from her personal healing journey, along with practical tools for self-compassion, resilience, and embracing wholeness.
