It will focus on networking, collaboration and peer learning, giving you the opportunity to share experiences and explore common challenges and opportunities. There will also be a strong emphasis on practical skills development and capacity building to support your work locally.

• Solar PV quotes can be hard to compare — different sizes, prices, and plenty of jargon. We'll work through real quotations together and show you what to look for.
• You'll leave knowing what you're buying, and what questions to ask before you sign.

Community Centre Retrofits — you have the Energy Audit, what now?
• Lots of groups get an audit report and then stall. This session is about the next step: picking which recommendations to tackle first.
• We'll cover how to find suppliers, get comparable prices, and turn a report into action.
• Bring your own audit report along

The Community Project Passport — never start an application from scratch again
• Most funding applications ask for the same things in different words. In this session you'll build a "project passport" — one document with your project's details, ready to reuse for any application.
• Bring a real project idea (even a rough one) and you'll leave with yours started.
