SLH bike ride to see the Helios at Victoria Baths

Pedal-powered adventure, anyone?

Our first bike ride of 2026 is over to Helios: A New Dawn at Victoria Baths. This is an immersive light-and-sound spectacular that turns the building into a giant, glowing mood.

Expect:

- A gentle pedal

- Chatty friendly people

- A shared sense of “ooh, what is that light doing?”

We’ll travel together mostly on cycle paths and quiet roads and glide our way to the Baths in time to soak up the magic (metaphorically — no swimming involved).  The route is approx. 6 miles each way and we will be travelling at a very gentle pace. 

The ride price includes the cost of entry the Helios (Helios at Victoria Baths – Fusion of solar imagery, sunlight & sound)  at the Victoria Baths (https://victoriabaths.org.uk/about/visit/). 

Please note all attendees must bring their own roadworthy bike. Under 18s are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please check the weather on the day and dress appropriately, we will cycle rain or shine!
