Tarland Reiki Share

If you’re a Reiki practitioner looking for a supportive space to practise, learn and connect with others, I’d love to welcome you to my Reiki Share Group.

These relaxed 3-hour gatherings are an opportunity to keep your Reiki flowing, build your confidence, meet like-minded people and explore different aspects of Reiki that you may not have covered during your training.

Each session includes:

• A guided Reiki meditation focusing on one of the 5 Reiki Principles
• Time to give and receive Reiki treatments
• A practical workshop or discussion on a different Reiki topic
• Tea and coffee
• Plenty of time to chat, ask questions and share experiences

This month’s topic: Reiki and the Chakras

In this session, we’ll explore the chakra system and how you can work with the chakras as part of your Reiki practice.

We’ll look at each of the seven main chakras and explore their correspondences with colour, elements, vibration, crystals and the physical body. We’ll also look at how Reiki can be used to bring awareness, balance and supportive energy to the chakras.

This will be a practical and interactive session, giving you the opportunity to explore different ways of incorporating chakra work into your Reiki practice, whether you’re working on yourself or giving Reiki to others.

We’ll finish by putting some of this into practice with Reiki chakra balancing, so you can experience the process for yourself and take some new techniques away to use in your own practice.
