Join holistic wellbeing specialist Suz McDonald for a deeply relaxing 90-minute session combining gentle yoga, restorative movement, guided relaxation and the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and other sound healing instruments.
As we move into the quieter energy of autumn, this is an opportunity to slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself.
Gentle movement helps to release tension from the body before you settle into deep relaxation, allowing the therapeutic sounds and vibrations to create a peaceful space for rest and restoration.
No previous yoga experience is required. The session is suitable for all levels and is designed to leave you feeling calmer, more grounded and deeply rested.

What To Bring
Please bring anything you need to make yourself as comfortable as possible during the session:
- A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
- A pillowA blanket
- A bolster or second pillow for under your knees
- An eye maskA bottle of water
- Comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement
Please arrive in plenty of time to set up your space and settle before the session begins. Latecomers will not be able to join the session.
There are only 12 places available, so advance booking is essential.
Please note this session takes place in the upstairss hall.
About Suz

Suz McDonald is a spiritual life purpose coach and holistic wellbeing specialist, and the creator of The Soul Alchemy System™ and The Soul Alchemy Programme™.
She is a ThetaHealing Master Instructor, Reiki Master Teacher, trained mindfulness teacher and MBSR facilitator, yoga and mindfulness teacher, and sound therapist. Suz brings together these complementary practices to help people reconnect with themselves, find greater clarity and create a life that feels more aligned with their true purpose.
Her approach combines practical wellbeing practices with spiritual exploration, creating space for deeper relaxation, self-awareness and inner connection.

- No refund will be provided for anyone failing to arrive on time.
- This event is for over 18s only.
- Sound baths are not suitable for anyone who is pregnant, has epilepsy or is fitted with a pacemaker.
- If you have any concerns about whether the session is suitable for you, please check with your healthcare professional before booking.
- Tickets must be purchased in advance no later than 5:00 pm on the date of the event.
