Description
Monthly Pregnancy Yoga Sessions where we will be exploring themes to support you during your pregnancy, birth and beyond.
Topics we will cover;
- Breathing for two (three or four!) - Breath as medicine for pregnancy and birth
- Breath, movement and pelvic floor awareness
- Postural alignment and strength versus flexibility
- Sound, voiced exhalations to express feelings
- Active birth positions, movement and breathing for birth
- Using affirmations with breath and movement
All sessions will include movement, breath work and guided mediation and relaxation to support you. Suitable for second and third trimesters, right up till birth.
